What is Zumba anyway?

Zumba (pronounced "zoom-ba") is a dance fitness workout that anyone can do. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

 

We incorporate a variety of dance styles: salsa, merengue, cumbia, cha cha, reggaeton, hip hop, belly dancing, etc. The movements are easy to follow and easily adaptable for your fitness level. No dance background is required. ANYONE can Zumba!
