We've set up the schedule with YOU in mind. Add something new to your routine OR double up on your classes some days. Why wouldn't you want to stay for Power Pilates after your cardio class? How many more calories could you burn if you did a little Zumba after R.I.P.P.E.D? There's no reason why we can't work out like rock stars!

As class size is limited, please use our online scheduling system to hold your place in a class up to two weeks in advance. If you have not claimed your spot five minutes before class, it may be released to someone on the waiting list. To make a reservation, click here.
